RFQ

Worm and worm gears can be made in a variety of diametrical pitches, modules and pressure angles.
Fine to heavy diametrical pitch tooth forms can be manufactured in lengths up to 8 feet.
Dayton Gear has broaching machines with capacity up to and including 100 ton pulling pressure and 72 inch maximum length of broach.
Dayton Gear’s extensive tooling inventory allows for the manufacture of any combination of helical gears in both English and Metric dimensions.
Gearbox restoration is the cost effective alternative to equipment replacement.

SPROCKETS

With tooling to support roller chain sprockets, silent chain and timing belt tooth forms, Dayton Gear has the ability to manufacture these tooth forms in English or Metric.
