RFQ

Worm and worm gears can be made in a variety of diametrical pitches, modules and pressure angles.
Sprockets can be manufactured in tooth forms in English or Metric measurements.
Fine to heavy diametrical pitch tooth forms can be manufactured in lengths up to 8 feet.
Dayton Gear has broaching machines with capacity up to and including 100 ton pulling pressure and 72 inch maximum length of broach.
Dayton Gear’s extensive tooling inventory allows for the manufacture of any combination of helical gears in both English and Metric dimensions.
Gearbox restoration is the cost effective alternative to equipment replacement.

BEVEL GEARS

Dayton Gear has the capacity to manufacture straight bevel gears in a variety of diametric pitches, modules and pressure angles. Manufactured in both English and Metric dimensions. Spiral bevel gears are also available. These gears are primarily sold as sets.
